Score Yourself

This wokout is based on a scoring system

You score points depending on what exercises you do and how many of each

Burpees = 4points, Pull ups = 3 points, Push ups = 2 points, Squats = 1point

 Perform as many as possible in 20 minutes.You choose which exercises to do in the 20 minutes

A workout of 100 burpees,20 pull ups ,30 push ups ,50 squats

Would score 100×4=400,20×3=60, 30×2=60 , 50×1=50 .Add these together for a total of 570 points
