Rest Day and weekends workouts

Friday Rest Day,Saturday rest day for beginners. If you have been following the workouts you may feel the need for an extra rest day.

Intermediates and advanced (and those up for it)

Saturday 10 x 50 yard sprints,Have a full 30 seconds rest between sprints.

Follwed by 10 x 25 yard sprints.

 

Sunday 3 rounds of

 30 s burpees 30 s shadow boxing,rest 30 seconds

30 s push ups 30 s squats, 30 s shadow boxing 30 rest

30 s burpees,30s shadow boxing,30s push up,30 s squats
