Fight till the death!

Pick a heavy implement dumbell,med ball bulgarian bag or good ol rock.Throw said implement as explosivly as possible sprint to were it lands.Perform 20 squats as fast as possible.20 push ups as fast as possible.Repeat 5 time.

Try to throw using different styles for each attempt i.e overhead,one arm ,shot putt,caber toss.
