Beginners= 1 pull up get down and 1 http://www.yogasite.com/sunsalute.htmrepeat for 15.

Intermediates and advanced =1 pull up get down and 1 http://www.yogasite.com/sunsalute.htm Sun Salutation repeat for 30

Finish with plank for time

  2. Doh! lol! Great site btw. Just discovered it while on the forum section on MDA yesterday. They had a question on yoga(and they had your blog as one reference) and I’m interested in getting started to supplement my KB and bodyweight training. But I will definetly add some of your workouts on my sprint days.
